The “Morning Post,” in promising the All Blacks the warmest welcome, recalls Gallaher’s team of twenty years ago, their system sirategv and the device of seven in the main scrummage, which has never been successfully initialed here. The “Post" -adds that an English stvle has been evolved giving full scope for individual genius willionl sacrificing the advantages of combination fore and aft.
“it remains to be seen what the new generation of All Blacks will teach us. There is sure to he something new and original in their tactics, for the game has not been standing still in the Britain of the Southern Sens.”
