New Plymouth, August 20 A case of great import.anee to the dairying industry was heal'd in the •Supreme Court- this morning involving the ownership of a milking plant in a bankruptcy estate. The D.O.A. claimed it as part of the assets while the mortgagee claimed it as a fixture to the freehold. The plant in question was bolted down to a concrete foundation. On the Chief Justice’s suggestion the case was removed to Hie Appeal Court for argument.
