Auckland South defeated the Chinese team at Hamilton yesterday by 3 lo nil. There was an attendance of 5,000. The Chinese were | not at full strength. Flay was very good at times, and very'patchy at •others. The visitors formation did mil show marked combination and their shooiiiig was erratic. The team was entertained at dinner and a Chinese entertainment. Si. Andrew’s play Foxton at Palmerston N. on Saturday. At Palmerston Show Grounds yesterday, Wellington played a drawn game with the N.Z. Soccer reps. The chosen of N.Z. did not show international form. The scores were one all.
