The Arinister of Agriculture, slated in the House to-day that a dairy factorv supplier may lake samples of liis own milk or cream and have them tested by .whomsoever lie makes arrangements with. In vig.w of the possibility of spell a sample not being thoroughly representative of that delivered to the dairy factory, ir would be unjust to compel dairy companies to pay on such an outside test. The dairy division bad been and was prepared to test checksamples taken conjointly by the owner or bis representative and a represent alive of Iho dairy company. This met hod of t aking the samples would insure that the sample was representative of the deliveries. Dairy companies were usually prepared to pay such a supplier on the percentage of butt erf at reported by the Dairy Division.
