AUCKLAND DEFEATS CHINESE. FIVE TO ONE. Auckland, Last Night. Auckland defeated the Chinese Soccer team by five goals to one. The Chinese played pretty but rather ineffective football. 28,000 spectators paid for admission. Auckland led at lmlf time by one goal to nil, and in the second half Auckland added four more goals, while the Chinese scored once.
