HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT.
The High Commissioner’s cable, doted the 9th inst., reads: “Hemp, Manila market, firm and active. ‘J’ grade, July- September shipments, sold at £4l 10/-; August-October shipments at £4l 10/- to £42 and value. New Zealand market nominal.”
