“MOTHER GOOSE” PANTO.
A repeat performance of the locally produced panto. “Mother Go-n.-o" attracted an appreciative audience in the Royal Theatre last nig hi. There was a marked improvement on the part of the budding artists upon the initial performance. Indeed, the wonder is that such a state of proficiency could be obtained in so short a period of training, which speaks volumes for the experienced stage craft and patience of the promoters. Of La France and Sinclair it may he said that their fame as Australasian artists of the first (light has in no way diminished and local audiences are fortunate in being afforded the opportunity of seeing such clever artists. The local talent particularly the little ballet dancers, are above amateur grade. The whole performance reflects credit on all concerned.
