RAILWAY COMMISSION’S REPORT.
- Wellington, Last Night. In reply to the Leader of the Opposition, who asked when a report would be submitted to Parliament, the Minister of Railways stated today that members of the recent Railway inquiry would meet, on August 12th, to discuss certain points which they had not yet been able to settle. He did not think they would be more than a few days in coming to a final conclusion. The report would afterwards go to Cabinet.
