COMBINED CHOIRS CONTEST.
WOX BY LEVIN CHOIR. The final contest, in “the competition between the Levin and local combined choirs was held in the Century Hall at Levin last night. The hall was packed and a good number of Foxlon people made the trip to Levin to hear the final. Mr Hobson (Mayor of Levin) welcomed the visiting choir and spoke on the honetit's to he derived from choir contests such as was being held between Foxton and Levin and expressed the hope that in the near future the competitors would not only he from Foxton and Levin hut from all adjacent towns. .
