Pahi llalidone, for depositing rubbish on the Foxton T Pabm-!- t -ton N. main roadway, was lined 1.0/ - with costs 7/-. For riding liicyeh s without lights after -,nns£(_ within the borough. W. Golder, and T. Hart were each fined 5/- with 7/- costs. W. Woodham, for permitting a horse to graze on Norbiton Road, was fined 10/- with costs 7/-. IT, Rout, on a similar charge, was fined £1 and costs 7/-: P>. Walls on two charges, was lined £1 on the first and £2 on the second, with 7/- costs in each case. C. Roberts, on a charge of tethering a horse in Norbiton Road, was fined 5/- with costs 7/-. CTAHL CASES. Judgment was entered up for plaintiff in the following civil undefended cases: — .J. A.
