A meeting of the district committee of the Kresbyterian Church was held at liangiotu on Tuesday afternoon to meet a commission from Presbytery ■re the proposed disjunction of the out-distiicts from Pox toil. The subject was discussed at length, the out-district delegates favouring a separate district as suggested by' the Pox ton managers, further details.have yet to be discussed and settled before "anything definite is doi.e by Presbytery. The proposal is to form a separate charge taking in Tiakituhuna, Glen Oroua, ivairanga; Bangiotu and Bongo tea.
