The death occurred on Saturday evening of Mr John Wilson, one of the oldest and best-known residents of Otaki. Deceased, who was born in Aberdeenshire (Scotland) was 73 years of agec, and came to New Zealand about 4tt years ago. He leaves a widow and a grown-up family to mourn their loss. Members of the family are; William (Boston), Bred and Duncan (Otaki), Donald (Oitau), Charlie (Waipiro Bay), Mrs W. Andrews (Mokad), Mrs G. R, Symouus (Otaki), Mrs Aif. Judd (Otaki), Mrs Vie. Morgan (Waikauae), and Mrs W. Warnock (Dannevirke).
