CRIBBAGE ASSOCIATION.

FOR COMBINED DISTRICT

At a meeting held at Clvdsdalo on the 2nd inst., an association was

formed comprising the Foxton. Santh ’it, Oroua Downs and Carnarvon I Vilil,age Clubs.

Tin* following resolutions were ted: !’resident, Mr S. Penny; vice j.»* hUnis, Messrs J. McKOvio, J, ,\i. Thoms,-!. (Foxton), M. Hammond (Orona Downs); secretary and treasurer. IT. Sehreiber. The followig resolutions were passed :■ — Th.-il flic minimum number of players in any rlub be 20. Points. —A win on the .night’s playing between two clubs,. 2 points and ,-i draw I point. Each clnl) to appoint two delegates to hi* added to the Association. • The following fixtures were arrangcil : July 9th. —Oroua Downs play Foxton at. Foxton; Carnarvon play Sanson at Sanson. Any two clubs may agree to change the date of play to suit requirements if neeessarv.

The seeertary has drawn up the foliowinv dales of fixtures for approval.— * July 16. —Sandon play Foxton, at Foxton: Carnarvon play Oroua Downs, at Oroua Downs. .Tulv 23rd. —Foxton play Carnarvon, at Carnarvon; Orona Downs plav Sandon, at Sandon. Julv 3<)th. —Sandon play Carnarvon, at Carnarvon; Foxton play Onma Downs at Oroua Downs.
