This evening ni the Town Hall, “Out of the Depths,” a tine melodrama will head the programme. In this feature Harry Morey, favourite strong man of the screen, acts the part of Bill Sandford, railroad engineer. with all the sturdiness and m l ength of his personality and physique. Marguerite Clayton lias the leading lady's role. Babby Bettv is none other than Miriam Batista. remembered in “The Custard Cup." A runaway train brings the climax with a thrill with a capital L and the comedy is “The Three Gun Man." Also News, prices as usual. The master success "Are you a failure,” is to he screened on Monday night.. The dynamiting of a log jam furnishes the thrill. The all star cast includes such names as Lloyd Hughes, Madge Bellamy and Tom Sant chi. “Back Fire,” is the comedy which, with a Patlie Gazette and other pictures complete a fine bill. Prices 9d and 1/0, children 3d and fid. “CHILDREN OF THE DUST.”

Pellet: ting life as it really is, tin* First National picture “Children of the Dust,” which is at the Royal Theatre to-night, is a masterpiece. It is a production of which Frank Borzage, its director, may well be proud. Not since “Humoresque” which this brilliant mail also created. has there been a picture so true to life and devoid of artificiality. Heights of dramatic emotion heretofore uiireuched are attained by Johnny Walker, Pauline Garon and Lloyd Hughes, all of whom are perfectly cast. All in all, an evening of absorbing, clean entertainment is in store for patrons of the Royal Theatre to-night. On Monday night the management of ilit* Koval has arranged to have a novelty for Foxton in the shape of a Movie Ball, at which handsome prizes will he given to ihe best imitators of actors and actresses. 'The novelty will no doubt, attract a large number of competitors. It will be followed by a children’s fancy dress ball on the following night (Tuesday) at which prizes will he given for the best boy and girl.
