BURGLARY CHARGE.
ACCUSED ACQUITTED. Hokitika, June 30. At the Supreme Court criminal sittings over which Mr .1 ustice Adams presided, there was only one criminal charge, that of burglary and theft from a shop. The accused Richard Arthur Nash, was acquitted.
