Tiie High Commissioner’s cable, dated the 28th inst., reads :“Hemp, Manila market, moderately active now but opened quet. - ‘J’ grade, June-August shipments quoted £4O and value; September-November Shipments sold at £39 10/ v N'ew ' Zealand market steady, high points quoted at £37, fair £36, sellers cmi.”
