At the Palmerston S.M. Court on Tuesday, a man named Charles Andersen, a native of Sweden, was charged with being an idle and disorderly person. His Worship sentenced accused to three months hard labour, mentioning that the punishment had to be substantial in view of the man’s lengthy list of past uft'enees.
