WEDDING.
A wedding of local interest took place at Mannwahe, Tanranga, last week, when Air Wilfred Rimmer, son of Air and Mrs XV. A. Rimmer, late of Foxton, hut now of Manawhe, was united to Miss Theobald, daughter of H. X. Theobald, Esq., •T.P., one of the pioneer settlers of Alanawahe. After the ceremony the guests, including nearly alj the settlers iii the block, were entertained at the residence of the bride’s parent. The happy couple were the recipients of many valuable and. useful presents. In tin* evening the festivities were.continued at an enjoyable social function. * ATr and Mrs Rimmer will take up their residence at Te Puke, where Mr Rimmer holds a responsible position under Ihe Bay of Plenty Dairy Association. We join with the bridegroom’s many Foxton friends in wishing them health and happiness.
