BODY FOUND IN MANAWATU RIVER.
ABOUT TWO MILES FROM WITTE OICTXO BRIDGE.
This morning, Air. .T. Kelly, a local fisherman, saw the body of a man dressed in dungarees, on the bank of the Manawatu river, nbout two miles up stream from the Whirokino bridge. lie communicated with the police, and Constables Owen and Ryan left by launch ibis afternoon to bring back the body to the morgue.
Ti is assumed that the body is that of a man named Park employed by lhe Manawatn-Oroua Power Board,
and who was drowned at Knrere last SaJunlay week.
