WEDDING.

A very pretty wedding was celebrated in All Saints’ Church, l(ox(on on Wednesday, 18th inst,, by the Hev. W. 11. Walton, vicar, when Frederick. second son or Mrs and 'lbe late Mr B. Saville, was united to ivy -Mary Alexander, youngest daughter ol‘ Mr and Mrs W. Prew, ~i; Koxtoii. Mr Thornber presided ot the organ. 'L’lie interior of the Church was tastefully decorated by friends of the bride and a tloral bell was suspended above the wedding group. Tlic bride, who was given it way by her father, was attired in a pale grey costume, hand embroidered, with shoes and hose to tone and blue velvet lint, and pearl necklet, *>;ii't of her mother, and carried a bouquet ot: roses and maidenhair fern. The bride was attended by Miss Alice Healey, of Oroua Downs, as bridesmaid, who was attired in a. fawn one-piece frock, hand embroidered, fawn bat and hose and black swede shoes and carried a posy of yellow johnquils, roses and maiden-lmir fern. Mr E. Saville, brother of the bridegroom, acted as best man. After the ceremony which was witnessed by a large congregation, the guests were entertained by the parents of the bride til the residence of Mrs J. I {road, sister of the bride, Frances Street. The toast of the bride and bridegroom was proposed in a happy speech by the Rev. W. H. "Walton, The bridegroom’s present- to the bridesmaid was a string of pearls. The numerous presents included several cheques, which testified to (lie high esteem in which they are both held. The wedding cake was made and presented by Mr H. Saville, of To Awamutu, brother of tlie bridegroom. The bouquets and posio were the g'itt of Mrs F. Procter. Mr and Mrs Saville subsequently left for their future home at Ilawera.
