MOUTOA DRAINAGE BOARD. SPECIAL ORDER. Notice is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Moutoa Drainage Board, hold on the 24th day of May, 1024, the following resolution was passed: That in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by section 14 of the Land Drainage Act, 1908, sections 192 and 195 of the Counties Act, 1920 and section 20 of the Finance Act, 1919 the Moutoa Drainage Board resolves by way of special order as follows:: — “To raise a loan of: £BOO for the purpose of erecting a Workers Dwelling for the foreman of the Board that the rate of interest to he paid shall not exceed G per centum per annum; the cost of raising the loan and the first year's interest be paid out of the loan, and that the above Special Order be confirmed at a meeting of the Board to be held on the 21st day of June, 1924 at 2.30 p.m. in the Board’s Office, Main Street.
