Discussing the importation of Canadian eggs into New Zealand, a Wanganui retailer informed a Herald reporter that if the eggs sent here are of the same standard that he was accustomed to handle in the Old Country some year ago, the public who purchase them will he well served. They were of a brownish colour, and would average the full two ounces. They were very carefully graded and packed, and it was a rare thing to thud any broken in the crates. They could also be relied up as being fresh.
