Drew he appointed returning officer to the hoavil and take (lie necessary steps under section 4 of the Rabbit Nuisance Amendment Act, 1920, to hold a poll on Ihe acreage basis, such poll to be held on 25th June; that the secretary take steps to invite applications to be in on I.9th .Tune, 1924, for position of inspector under the Act at a salary of £350, with two increments of £25; that a committee consisting of Ilie chairman and trustee McKelvie and Air Fleming he set up to meet on 23rd .Tune, to classify applications end sot them in order for consideration at the next board meeting; that Trustees Gower and Barber be a committee to pass accounts. The secretary was authorised to procure, a rubber stamp, seal and necessary stationery. Trustee Bailees and Trustee AfeKelvie reported on the conference of boards held at Feilding.
