CRIMINAL CASES AT WANGANUI.
Wanganui, Last Night. The Supreme Court opened before Mr Justice McGregor. Daniel lavis pleaded guilty to three counts ol indecent assault on a male at Marton. Sentence was deferred till the end of the session. William Frank Fawcett aud Stanley John Berry pleaded guilty to assaulting p. H. Booker, at Marton. Sentence was deferred. Hubert Oscar- Bergstrom pleaded not guilty to incest at Kaetiki. The ease is not finished.
