LONDON WOOL SALES.
Messrs Levin and Co. Ltd. have received the following cable from their London agents, dated the 20 th May, 1924: — “Wool sales have closed at a decline on opening rates of this series. compared with the closing rates of the last aeries Merinos ore unchanged ; line haif-breda, 59/56’s Id per lb. cheaper; haiibreds, 48/ 50's lid per lb. cheaper; line crossbreds, 40/48’s lid per lb. cheaper; medium do., 44/40’s Id per lb. cheaper; coarse do., 40/44’s id per lb. cheaper; low do., 36/40’s id per lb. cheaper.”
