MANSLAUGHTER PENALTY
ONE MONTH’S IMPRISONMENT.
New Plymouth, May 17. At the Supreme Court to-day, Davie William Daniel Darragh was sentenced to one* month’s hard labour for manslaughter. This is the ease in which Miss Gustoi’son was killed iu a motor accident near Midhirst on April 25.
