The monthly meeting of the Women's Christian Temperance Union was held in the Salvation Army Hall on Thursday last, Mrs Perymau presided over a moderate at tendance. An apology for absence was received from Miss Duncan. it was decided to hold a social t-veiling for the young men and women some time next month. All arrangements to lie made at the next meeting of the Union. Band of Hope is to he held in the Methodist schoolroom on Friday, 30th May. A short address was given by Mrs Perymaii.
