TROTTING ASSOCIATION VIGILANT. Christchurch, Yesterday. The recommendation of the jury in the Kings dale ease that the New Zealand Trotting Association should greater care in accepting registration of horses was referred to by Air P. Selig (President of the Association) at to-day’s meeting. Mr Selig said he had been looking into the registrations very closely and he considered it necessary that restrictions should be tightene/d up so as to put a stop to v rong doing. Certain additions to .the application form had been suggested and could be considered at the conference.
