REPORT.
The High Commissioner's cable, dated the 3rd May. reads: “Hemp, Manila market, closed dull with sellers *J' grade, May-Only shipments n.sking £37 10 -. New Zealand market continues quiet and no business reported. May-July shipments quoted at high points £36 15/-, fair £34 10/-.”
