LIST OE CASES. Tiie following is a-further list of cases to be heard hr,the Supreme Court which sits -at Palmerston hi. oil Tuesday next:— (Before Judge Alone.) Mods Stell'ensen (Mr Hislop) v. Minnie Hosking- (Mr Llovd), claim fol-£SOO and interest money allegedly given to the late Edwin Hosking for investment and for which defendant executed a mortgage. Counter-claim for. declaration that the mortgage be not binding on defendant’s separate estate. William Hazell (Mr Hollings) v. Charles E. Hazell and .John Power (Mr Cooper) claim for accounts in deceased person’s estate. William J. Miller and Sarah Ann Miller (Mr Cooper) v. Walter Tantrum and Hannah Tantrum, claim for full account of mortgage moneys allegedly due and judgment for any balance found to be due. David Millar and Marjorie G. Millar (Mr Linklater) v. John McCool (Mr Harker), claim for order that defendant execute all deeds, etc., necesary to vest land in plaintiff; also £l5O for alleged breach of agreement. Henry Hunt (Mi' Ongiey) v. Ernest T. Young claim for rescission of contract in respect of secret process of defendant’s, of which plaintiff agreed to purchase one-third share; or, alternatively, declaration of partnership and dissolution.
. Edward Thomas Green (Mr Page) v. George H. Brown (Mr Smitii), ciaim for rescission of contract for sale of land on account uf alleged misrepresentation of carrying capacity, cancellation of mortgage, refund of £OO2 8/ paid, and £1,580 damages; in the alternative,, damages £2,d(j(j, the difference between price, paid and alleged true value. HN HIVOivGE. (Before Judge and jury of twelve).* Percy P. Stevens (Ah' Cooper) v. Alice J. Stevens (Mr Ongloy), respondent, and John G.
