A charge of conspiring to defraud in connection with the supply of cream to Dairy Company will be preferred against Henry Simpson, acting individually with John Jens Sorens Tlmmnsen, Otto Kreegher, Arthur Melvin Taylor. Richard Gawgan, and Alfred Wright. Mr Ongley appeal's for each of the accused. CIVIL BUSINESS. ( Before a judge and special jury of twelve). Michael Leydon (Mr O’Dea) v. Public Trustee and others (Mr Hurley and Air Blenkbom) declaration that will is invalid. (Before Judge and common Jury of twelve). Ernest Ball (Mr Rollings) v. John Knowles Hornblow (Air Cooper) £IOOO damages for alleged slander. Frederick Spencer Easton and Alerev Easton' (Air Treadwell) v. Daniel Kavanagh Hannan (Mr Jacobs) £OSO interest due under agreement for purchase of land. Emily Aland Wainscott (Air Dolan) v. William Brown (Air Cooper) £IOOO damages for alleged breach of promise of marriage. Collett and Son Ltd. (Air Gibbard) v.<Thomas Jas Rnthbone (Air M’Kenxie) £507 11/3, due under promissory note, and interest for machinery supplied. Counter claim for £550 damages for alleged loss through defective machinery. Matthew O. Tremnin (Mr Tripp) v. Manawatu Drainage Board (Air F. IT. Cooke) £2.300 damages through Hooding allegedly caused by drain noi being kept in order. ( Before Judge and Jury of four) James Thom (Air .1. A. Scott) v. G. P. Anderson (Air Ongley) £25 special and £2OO general damages for alleged assault. Frederick Spencer Easton (Air Treadwell) v. Daniel K. Hannan (Mr .Jacobs) £250 and interest on promissory note.
