Messrs Levin and C<<. Ltd. have received the following cable from their London agents, dated the 21>i March, 1924:
“Quotations Now Zealand prime Canterbury lamb. 28 42, Kid: North Island lamb, 28/42. 10d: prime Canterbury mutton, -»t> (>4, Sd; North Island mutton, s<> (it. "id: ewes, 48/64, Old; New Zealand prime ox beef, 11)0/220, hinds: none offering, fores none offering. These prices are ~x-store. ’ Ihe market is \er_\ went general Iv, no doubt due to holders still pressing sales. As compared with last week’s quotations, Canterbury lamb is Id cheaper. North Island lamb .2d cheaper; and ewes jd cheaper. No change in mutton.
