LONDON FROZEN MEAT MARKET.
Messrs Levin and C, Ltd. have received tiie following cable from their London agents, dated the 29 th February, 1924. — “(Quotations New Zealand prime Canterbury lamb, 28/42, Hid North Island lamb, 28/42, llid; prime Canterbury mutton 56/64, none offering; North island mutton, 56/64 B£d; ewes, 48/64, 6jfd; New Zealand prune ox beef, 160/226, hinds: none offering; fores do.” These prices are ex store. The market is unsettled, lamb is very weak but mutton firm. As compared with last week’s quotations, lamb is gd cheaper. North island mutton is id dearer.
