THE WEATHER.
The Government Meteorologist wiies as follows at noon to-day:— The indications are for variable and moderate bi'eezes, but northerly winds moderate to strong prevailing, and veering by north to east. Expect warm and humid conditions, with weather cloudy to overcast at times. Barometer little movement. Seas moderate swell, tides poor.
