JAPANESE SQUADRON.
WELLINGTON HOSPITALITY APPRECIATED.
Wellington, Sunday. The Japanese squadron, As am a, Yukuuio, and Iwate, sailed this morning for Auckland, after a visit tliat was characterised throughout by good feeling and mutual hospitality. Admiral Saito, in a farewell message, expressed deep appreciation of the courtesy and entertainment “The people of Japan will be pleased when I tell them of the friendly feelings that the Japanese people have towards you are reciprocated.”
