The Government Meteorologist wires as follows at noon to-day:
Tlie indications are for variable and moderate breezes. Easterly winds, moderate to strong prevailing. Expect warm and humid conditions with increasing haze and cloudiness. Barometer little movement, but has a falling tendency. Seas moderate. Tides low.
