DEATH FROM SHOCK.

Christchurch, Last Night. At the adjourned inquest into the death of Lewis Bradford Giles, engineer at the Kaiapoi Woollen Co.’s Radley Mills, Wdolston, who was found dead at 4 a.m. last Saturday on the engine room floor, lie having been, summoned the previous night to attend to some defect, a verdict was returned that death was due to heart failure, due to electric shock. It was revealed in evidence that the insulation of the portable lamp that deceased was using Avas faulty and the guard had become alive.
