HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT. The output from the Ist June to 30th November this year* is 1,363,000 bales, a--gainst 1,70,000 for the same period last year. Stocks in Manila on the 30th November 155,000 bales against 157,000 bales for the same time last year, stocks in Great Britain 15,961 bales against 7,884. “New Zealand market steady, Small business has beeu done in high points at £33 5/- per ton; prer sent values high points £33 per ton; fair grade £3l 5/- per ton.”
