BRITISH ELECTION RESULTS.
CONSERVATIVES LOSE MANY SEATS. RETURNS NOT COMPLETE YET. Though the results of the British elections are not complete yet, it is apparent that the Conservatives es have lost many seats, while, according to the returns to hand, the Liberal and Labour Parties are nearly equal in strength. The votes in three-tifths of the constituencies have still to be counted.
