BONDS OF EMPIRE
♦ TIME FOR CEMENTING THEM. SPEECH BY AIR MASSEY. London, December 4. Concluding his north of Ireland tour, Ah’ Massey, speaking at Dungannon, said he did not consider it right to mix in home politics, but the time had arrived when something more should he done to cement the bonds of Empire. He pointed out that he had moved a resolution at the Imperial Conference six years ago with which the Lloyd George Cabinet unanimously agreed.
