PUBLIC MEETING OF RATEPAYERS.
A public meeting of ral(-payers (husbands and wives) is convened by the Mayor for Friday evening next in the Town Hall supper-room for the purpose of considering a loan proposal for public swimming baths, library and reading--room on Etis(on Park. The previous public meeting decided upon the baths site and the proposal now is to combine the baths and public library building on the one site and to consider a loan proposal for both schemes. It is hoped that there will he a good attendance at the meeting.
