To-day the prize-money won at the recent show is being paid. A meeting of the committee was held last, evening for the of passing accounts for paym'eirfr-and—-discussing the financial of the summer show. The statement showed that (lie show paid its way and had a small credit balance. The special prizes are included in this statement. Will those donors of special prizes who have not. yet forwarded their amounts, kindly let the secretary have same as soon as possible? A resolution of appreciation to Mr Reid, caretaker of the Town Hall, for his services and help to the society was recorded.
