PASSENGER MISSING
DISAPPEARS FROAr MARA AT A, Wellington, November 27 When the Afarama was being examined by the medical officer in the stream this morning it was discovered that a saloon passenger, Alary Ellen Aloran, aged 30 years, of Wellington, was missing. Miss Aforan was returning from a visit to Australia for her health in company with her two sisters, nil occupying the same cabin. A stewardess took her tea at 0.15 this morning, when the three of them were fully dressed. She was standing at the alleyway porthole the last time she was seen alive. The Mararoa, which entered the Heads after the Aram inn, reported sighting a floating hod.v a-quarter of a mile off shore in the vicinity of Knrnkn Bay, half-way down the harbour. The police are searching for the body.
