The first day of the Feilding Club's races was held yesterday in glorious weather. There was a large attendance and the track is in -|.leii<i;<l condition. Results : Waitunn Hurdles, lif miles. —Eerie 1, Bonibrook 2, Nukumai 3. Won hv 10 lengths. Time 3.18. Aoranrri Trial Plate, six furlongs: Millimetre 1, Azectra 2, All Gold 3. Won by a head. Time 1.15 1-5. St. Andrew’s Handicap, 11 miles: Korean 1, Ain ran hi 2, Diamond Ring Won by a neck, half a length between second and third. Time 2.8. Kowhai Hack Handicap: Cairo 1, Meeting 2, Velvet King 3. Won by three-quarters of a length each way. Time 1.2 i) 2-5. Flying Handicap: Halgina 1, Happy Days 2, Snatcher 3. Won by three quarters of a length, half a length between second and third. Time 1.15. Eighteenth Feilding Stakes: Tamatete 1, Thespian 2, Rational 3. Won by a length, half-a-length between second and third. Time 1.1. Fitzroy Hack Handicap: Avola 1, Civility 2, Pantagruel 3. Won by a length, half a length between second and third. Time 1.15 4-5. Kiwitea Welter: Listowel 1, Counter Attack 2, Velocifonn 3. Won by three quarters of a length, a head between second and third. Time 1.44 2-5,
