HIGH REPORT. .. Tlie High Commissioners dated the 24th inst., reads:—Manila market steady to firm, ‘ J ’ grade sold at £32 5/- to £32 IQ/- per ton buyers. New Zealand market- quiet and valqes nominally unchanged.
