WAR ON CANCER.
OHIED CAUSES OR DISEASE. Brussels, November 19. The International lighting cancer, in deciding that disease is neither contagious nor . hereditary, stated that known causes were intoxicants, irritants, parasites and sometimes the X-rays. Persons handling composition containing arsenic were liable to be affected.
