MILK VENDOR DINED £4O. Christchurch, Lust Night, in lining William Gleesou £2O on each of two charges of selling watered milk, Mi - Wyvern Wilson, SJVL, said the man had sold milk, 33 per cent, of which was Avater. It was a very shocking case. His explanation referred to the morning milk, bill his explanation could not be accepted, as the evening milk has contained 20 per cent, of Avater. This was a pernicious practice Avhieh was being made by a certain class of the milk trade and the only way was to impose an exemplary tine that every milk vendor would remember.
