HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT. The High Commissioner’s qablp, dafed the 17th inst., reads: “Manila market quiet, ‘J’ grade afloat sold at £33 per ton. early this week and £3l 15/- later. Demand for New Zealand has fallen off, no business reported, no change in value of market.”
