During the past week the local courts have been well attended and the following matches were played in the first round of the Walton Bose Bowl competition: Miss B. Pearv. Miss M. J. Mudford, 40—23; Mr C. Bryant y. G. Perreau, 65 —-44; C, Procter v, 0. Townshendj 55- —49 J Players who have not alreadjSjliayea off in the lirst round are requested to do so as soon as possible, A list of tea days has been drawn up and has been posted in the pavilion. These dates may be changed to suit the convenience of the players. _
