Auckland, Last Night. A| the Police Court, Thomas Beaghan, a baker, was lined £2O for selling short-weght bread, eight loaves showing a total shortage of five ouiieca and iwelve grammes. He had been previously warned, Richard James Lenntiu was fined £lO for a similar offence, fourteen loaves being Boz. and 6 grammes short.
